A very good hotel which we snapped at a very affordable price as we visited in the off season. Given the current rates around the world, it's certainly worth more than what we paid for. You are not deceived by photos here. What you see is what you get. Or even more. Staff were nice and forthcoming (let me mention a guy from Bangladesh whose name I think is Damel or something similar). If we ever returned to Sharjah, Red Castle would definitely be the first place to start our accommodation from.

Very spacious room, there was separate desk for work. Wifi was ok. After describing the issue with housekeeping, management apologised. Good price.

The hotel was quite good, first impression is nice, stuff was friendly. Music in the hall and rooms was nice addition. The food was more or less good. Maria at the restaurant- the nicest person at the hotel was so friendly and made brewed coffee for us, cause I can't drink instant coffee. She left a very good memory of kindness for me 🙏 And there is a sauna on the base floor (old, but still, in December it's needy)

The hotel was big, the breakfast was ok I found the noodles to be a bit salty. I booked the hotel for a day before our actual arrival because I knew we were going to have a late check in. I booked it for the 21/12/24 but our arrival date was 22/12/24 check in was very fast the guy at the reception was friendly and welcoming we checked in in less than 10 minutes we had our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, very good manager, I came 2 hours earlier than the check-in time and obviously the room was not ready but the manager offered me complimentary lunch or dinner, it was very nice. The food was delicious and the room was quite big and clean. Highly recommend this hotel although I had just one day while I was waiting for my connecting flight in Sharjah.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, largely due to the exceptional staff. From the moment I checked in, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I highly commend the staff for their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests. Their outstanding service definitely contributed to making my stay memorable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
