We were greeted by very hospitable staff. They were very lovely and even walked us to the elevator. The room was spacious and the bath was very well designed. We requested for the sofa bed to be made, and got the service super fast. The hotel premises was clean and fresh. I tried the spa too, it was nice and I plan to return on my next trip. The kids enjoyed the stay as much as us, although the pool looked fun, we didn't use it this trip. As we were in the summer, we waited until the evening to take a short walk down to the Al Khan beach front. It was a restful retreat and we look forward to return again. Thank you to the staff for making it a lovely retreat for our family.

Nice hotel with nice staff, car barking available, supermarkets and restaurants surrounded the hotel. Sarath of housekeeping and Azeem of Reception provided excellent services. Late check out was allowed

The property overall is Ok, Mr. Kashif was quite helpful and in my opinion apart from property the staff equally is important to retain the customers.
