Easy parking at the hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Large room, but then it was labelled as a suite.

Location was convenient perfect and ideal for our visit to Bunratty to visit Santa and Galway christmas markets the following day. Comfortable enjoyable stay. Catherine the receptionist was an absolute pleasure to deal with. So pleasant and welcoming on arrival and a great asset to have for your business. Beautiful dinner and breakfast couldn't find fault with anything and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and would look forward to staying here again in the near future. Thanks so much for a positive memorable stay.

The room was perfect. Very well furnished and comfortable. The shower room was excellent with plenty of towels, shower gel etc. We had an evening meal and it was very good, freshly cooked and hot good and efficient pleasant service.
