location excellent. friendly and helpful staff. fantastic breakfast. Evening meal at the restaurant was delicious, though more staff are needed to cope with demand of so many people. long wait for food meant that the queue for a table took longer. Greatly appreciated that dogs were allowed.

Very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was lovely and the location, right on the waterfront, was excellent.
