Great location, super friendly family run Hotel. A short 5 minute walk into the centre of Shanklin with its thatched buildings. The room was warm and comfortable with good facilities. Although the weather was very cold, the roaring wood burner made the lounge a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy a few drinks from the well stocked bar. The dining area has been decorated very well in a chic bistro style. The breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Although the restaurant is closed for lunch/dinner during the winter months there are numerous restaurants in Shanklin. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, we will return.

There was a lovely aura as soon as we walked in. The decor was very welcoming and set the tone for our stay.

The majority of hotel staff were friendly. The communal decor was up to date. The bed was comfortable (lots of pillows).

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Room was spacious for 1 person and there was ample storage space. Wi-fi worked well. It is quiet enough area (at least in this time of the year), yet close to the center. TV is large, maybe instead of it, some of the money should have been invested in other details.
