Immaculately clean room, lovely view. Friendly family-run establishment. The location is really good - mid-way between the beach and the town, and quite close to the railway station. A good base for exploring.

The guesthouse is in a lovely location, just 5 minutes away from the beach with lovely views. Felt like home, very clean room and bathroom, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast everyday. Our daughter loved that she had a room of her own, and she loved the board games that were provided. Breakfast was custom made for our requirement, that made us feel very special. Melissa, Roger and Zak were very nice, they were lovely to have a chat with, very friendly and helpful. Loved the stay. Would highly recommend.

A lovely family run guest house in a good location. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous breakfasts to start your day. Not far from beach and shops

The fantastic welcome. The lovely hosts. The delicious breakfast. The really comfortable bed. I visited with my 6 year old granddaughter and books and games were placed in our room which was a lovely touch. A good location for the beach and crazy golf plus the bus stop was right opposite for buses to Black gang and Alum Bay.
