Breakfast was varied and well cooked. Room was clean with iced water, tea, coffee and milk Bed was comfortable. Helen and Dave were very friendly, helpful, always available.

Lovely 2 nights stay. Sea view double room very comfortable and clean. No problem with parking nearby. Good restaurants next door. Helen was very welcoming nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Lots of choices at breakfast willing to cater for everyone.

The breakfast was excellent so much and such a wide choice . Helen and Dave could not have been more helpful . They were amazing hosts. They did a very special surprise for my mum and dad as it was their 65th wedding anniversary .

Location was perfect. Opposite beach, restaurants and public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable. Clean through out. Helen and Dave were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast choices were great and they aimed to please.

The owners looked after us extremely well. All our needs and questions answered. Everyone was pleasant, the breakfast was everything we needed. We had a great night sleep, room was very comfortable and facilities were excellent.
