Brook House was lovley and clean ,hanna was amazing couldnt do enough for you ,breakfast was exceptional 👏 well done chef loved our room 7 loved the fact we had our own out side door felt as tho we could come and go without disturbing other guests

Excellent breakfast every day. Hosts were extremely attentive. Very clean with lovely room that exceeded expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved the little extra touches like a clock beside the bed.

Brooke house was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and very clean. The hosts were very friendly and the food was lovely. Short walk to Seafront and bus and train station. Would highly recommend. In all the years of visiting the island this was by far the best place we have stayed

There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and the food was well prepared. Not having a shower unit at home, I was pleased to find that the shower controls were the simplest and most logical of the many varieties that I have come across in my travels.

The room was very clean and loved the shower! Hannah the host was very friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us recommendations on what to do in Shanklin. Great location next to the train station and very near the bus station. The breakfast was very good especially the cooked breakfast and very generous with the toast and coffee. Highly recommend and would stay again without a doubt.

What a gem!! Brooke House exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable twin beds in an large room at the front of the property. Lots of choices for breakfast which was always cooked and presented lovely. The location is ideal, train station is a 3 minute walk and bus station a 4 minute walk, perfect for getting around the island. The owners are Hannah and Steve, we never met Steve (he was busy cooking our lovely breakfast) but Hannah was really lovely and very obliging, she addressed all of the guests by their first names was very welcoming. We would highly recommend Brooke House.

It was exactly as described but even better! Beautiful house & Hana the perfect host. Super clean, everything you could possibly need had been organised and thought of. Great location and close to everything, train station, bus stop, beach, church, cash point, pubs & restaurants. Perfect for IOW festival to get away & take a breather between days.
