Breakfast as always is very good here. Line 2 on the metro is a short walk away so it's easy to get around. Some nice bars around this location to.

Friendly staff, they allowed me to check in 5 hours early because the room was ready. It was a nice surprise as I was only planning to store my luggage. The foot massage was devine. It felt so good after a long flight. I like how taxis could pull in right in front of the hotel.

Really Clean room. Executive floor quiet and caters more for Asian/Chinese. Still ok. ATM in lobby works. concierge really helpful. Ms Diane true professional.

The location is good, with the metro just a 15-minute walk. Daily replenishment of toiletries and cleaning is provided, and the hotel food offers variety. Most of the staff are very polite.

Great place to stay during the visit to Shanghai, metro station is in 100 meters from the hotel. Personnel was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near JinAn metro station and has a big shopping centre nearby. The hotel staff are nice.

Great location next to Jing'an Temple Metro Station Exit 12. The Metro's underground walkways were good for getting around the Jing'an Temple area especially on cold winter nights. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent location with mtr/subway a few metres from the hotel. Good room staff and porter/front of house. Good buffet style breakfast although at times rather crowded.
