Nicely located near the metro line 10, the hotel is easy to reach from the airport and the main points of interest in the city. The pictures of the room correspond to our experience, the venue was always clean; and the staff was always helpful when asked, even with some language barrier here and there. The washing machine and dryer were a great life safer, especially because indoor smoking can be quite usual in many vicinities in the city. It will not be the cheapest option, but nevertheless affordable and our stay was worth it!

Helpful staff, they help receive deliveries and takeouts can be delivered to your room using the robot. The rooms were cleaned well. Good location close to Yu Gardens. Overall feel of the hotel was good and clean.

The staff at the hotel was nice and polite. We overslept our checkout and the hotel was very relaxed about it. Alan and Nin at the reception at the time. The hotel is in quite central location to attractions around, however the street it's based on doesn't have much amenities.

It was close to attractions such as the Bund, Nanjing Road, Yuyuan Garden, and Metro Station. Very clean, very attentive staff especially Nin. Good service, good hospitality and amenities. Would stay again when in Shanghai.

Location is perfect, metro station - yu garden (line 10,14) is 5 minutes away, staff was very kind and helpful
