Fabulous location close to the Bund, Nanjing East pedestrian Street, and metro station. Very clean, Room was comfortable and spacious. Helpful staff. Good price for an expensive area of Shanghai

The location was quite ideal and the hotel had casual, friendly ambience. The first room we got wasn't great but they happily moved us to another much niver room (avoid the split level rooms!). Will stay again!

the staff here were super friendly including the housekeeper! They solved the problem I had! also, they upgraded my room to a suite, there was comfort and spacious! it was convenient to the main street and eating out

Good location - metro Lines 2 and 10, the Bund, main shopping street, cheap eats street and a 24hr convenience store all within 5 to 10min walk. Room is basic and dated but otherwise fine. Very friendly staff, the lovely lady behind the counter even gave me a free upgrade.

Location, location, location! And the staff are very friendly and helpful and speak some english. The hotel is close to the metro station from which it is easy to access all the main sights. Water power was relatively good and there was ample hot water. The beds were comfortable to sleep in.

I was very happy to receive a free upgrade. Central location at a reasonable price, walking distance to a number of attractions as well as eating and drinking options. Suitably clean and quite quiet, I was not disturbed by any noise. I rate this place at 8.5.
