Huge family sized apartment Lots of room for our family if 5 and storage space The host is very responsive 5 minute walk to the Qufu Rd metro station There is a shop at the reception for snacks The room was serviced daily Good value for money Clean Would stay again Has 24 hour reception area so you can check in late/early

The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived at about 5 am in the morning, although the check in time is in the afternoon, Vivian promptly arranged a room for us to check in. The apartment is also near to Nanjing walking street and the bund. I asked for iron and it was delivered promptly. Vivian will text me daily to check if there is anything I need for my stay.

Great location by the Suzhou River. Walking distance to Nanjing Rd, The Bund, and plenty of great shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and hooked us up with anything that we needed. Room was clean, comfy, and well appointed, with a great view. Fantastic value for money. Would certainly stay here again.

- Great location that oversees the Suzhou creek. - Clean and convenient too and comes with washer with dryer to free up luggage space. - Host was also very amicable and check in with us timely to ask if we needed more things/cleaning of room. -Vivien was also very responsive and helpful when I asked for certain recommendations.

Host is extremely helpful, friendly and fast to respond. Location is near the metro station. The view was excellent. Bes was comfy and clean. Definitely coming back again if we're to travel to shanghai again in the future.

Great location. Need to Didi to from nearest station, but cheap and quick. Big rooms. Good bathroom. Great customer service via WhatsApp
