We stayed here for three nights. The location is very central, the room very large, the bathroom is great - the shower overlooked the middle of Shanghai! Reasonably priced.

he Radisson Collection Hyland Shanghai blends classic heritage with modern comfort, right in the heart of the bustling Nanjing Road shopping district. The location is unbeatable—just steps from metro stations, major malls, and a short walk to the Bund. The rooms are clean, spacious, and recently renovated, with comfortable beds and sleek bathrooms. Loved the skyline views from the higher floors, especially at night. Service was professional and responsive, though not overly warm. Breakfast had a great mix of local and international options, and the executive lounge was a nice bonus for a quiet break. What I liked: • Prime, central location • Comfortable, well-furnished rooms • Stylish interiors with a hint of Art Deco charm • Excellent breakfast variety • Efficient service

The hotel is in the East Nanjing area, like the entrance when we arrived on the other side, but the back door was straight to east nanjing pedestrian st. Its so convenient. 15-20 mins walk to the bund. The shopping area is just outside the hotel along the pedestrian. Great choice as a first time to shanghai. Very convenient.

Good location near to metro station and in center of city near the main shopping area and river. Takes about 8 minutes from airport with Maglev to Longyang Road and from there another 20 minutes with subway to East Nanjing Road. Alternatively you can take Line 2 directly from Pudong International Airport to East Nanjing Road Station. Modern room with nice view on the city. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold fresh dishes with Asian and Western food. One of the best breakfast buffets every. Unfortunately we had little time to enjoy due to early morning flight.

The bathroom is as soon as you open the front door to the room so if you are in the shower, people coming in can see you. Didn’t like this at all.

Plus - The hotel's location was excellent. Very convenient in terms of shopping and eating. The breakfast spread was superb too. Minus- The air-conditioning in the rooms were weak. It felt stuffy at times.

Great location. Don't use Apple Maps to find the hotel it shows completely incorrect location, use another app instead (Yango etc)
