The hotel offers modern, spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Its prime location made exploring Shanghai easy, and we used Didi for all transportation needs.

Amazing location and views from the Riverview room. So close to the Pearl Tower, walked there in less than 10 minutes. Large room with great bathroom. Very helpful staff, some who spoke a little English.

I had a river view room and you pay for the location and view. Right on river front, with the Pearl Tower so close by. I had a fabulous view of river. Staff very polite. Room clean and well maintained. Room service was prompt, but English not so good. The coffee shop out the front, not actually part of the hotel, had excellent food and wonderful coffee.
