This is our second year to stay at Okura Garden Hotel in Shanghai with our parents to celebrate Christmas. The service is much better than last year, location is super and all staff are very helpful.

This was one of the best stays I ever had in a hotel. Perfectly located, very well maintained, impecable staff, large room with a great view, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, delicious breakfast with many options. Highly recommended.

Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a muddle up with the number of days I had booked so I booked elsewhere for the last night. The hotel acknowledged that they were in the wrong regarding the number of days I had booked and were happy to waive the costs for a no show given on the last night.
