According to Shanghai’s anti-smoking regulations, smoking is not allowed in the property's indoor areas.Please note that the swimming pool only opens from 15 June until 1 October every year.Free shuttle services, between the property and Shanghai Disneyland and between property and Pudong airport, are available daily. Please contact the hotel concierge to make an appointment one day in advance at 21:00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We were so lucky to be able to stay here for 2 nights. Before arriving the staff were super helpful organizing a shuttle from the airport, and upon arrival the staff were super welcoming and check-in was easy. The rooms had plenty of space with comfy beds & the bathroom was also a great size. The buffet breakfast had an amazing & delicious selection & both dinners we had at the restaurant were fabulous &.good value for money. We also had a spa treatment which was amazing, and the free shuttle provided to Disneyland was much appreciated. This was the perfect place to stay & recover a bit after a few busy weeks tripping around. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The location to Disney resort was excellent. However it does take at least 30 mins to get into the city. There are free shuttles to the bund, airport and Disney, so that’s very convenient.

Near to Disneyland, very convenience. Hotel also provide shuttle bus services to / from Airport and Disneyland. Room are very tidy, staffs are very helpful as well.

A hotel located close to Pudong airport, with free shuttle service, clean rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff was friendly and very prompt.

Clean and spacious room. Bed is comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful and polite. Shuttle bus to and fro from Disneyland and to airport. Breakfast spread is good too. Nice claw machines at level 1. Complimentary drinks at reception. Free waffles too.

Close proximity to Disneyland, minimart across the street, free shuttle bus service, clean, comfortable, comes with all required amenities for a comfortable stay.
