The Hotel and staffs are very nice and accommodating, though they have minimum english skills, but the using apps to help communicate. Li, one of the attendant help me in booking the business taxi for the next day , taxi is big enough and super comfy to accommodate 4 people with 6 large suitcases (imagine that 😁). there are many restaurants and groceries nearby the hotel, there is a walkable shopping centre too

The location was closed to Subway (10-12 mins walk) The room was clean and similar to picture The receptionists were nice and could speak English I would definitely come back here.

Situated at the fringe of Xuhui, convenience from being mid point between Hongjiao Airport (also HSR station), high-tech park and Shanghai bund. New facility, clean.

EVERYTHING. this hotel was perfect for me. its location, the confort, the staff (so kind and helpful). I was so happy to stay there for a full week. I cannot recommend this hotel more!
