I simply had an exceptional stay. This hotel deserves more than 5* rates. Attentive, extremely helpful staff, ready to go extra mile to help you. My Thanks also to my personal butler Alex , who always went an extra mile . The Building of J Hotel , The Shanghai Tower speaks for themselves. It’s a piece of art. The Hotel have absolutely everything. Comfort, Clean, Hospitality, Art, Location, Breakfast and Afternoon Tea. The room are so spacious and very modern. I especially want to thank you for the surprise that was waiting for me in my room. A cake with a dedication for my birthday. It made my day even more special.

Everything!!!😀😀😀 The room and registration services experience is excellent. Rooms, scenics, and decorations are beautiful, high tea, and breakfast are nice.
