It was convenient to the airport about 20 mins and about 20 mins to Disneyland the staff were super lovely from greeting outside to being helpful even with the limited English they went out of there way to accomodate me and my family.

I haven't stayed on the oudong side of shanghai before but booked as it was inbetween the new airport and pearl tower which made it great for day trips. Room looked brand new, reception and housekeeping were very friendly and accomidation of my limited chinese Lots of great malls and resturants within walking distance aswell as all the tourist hotspots being a 10-20 miniute rideshare 100% would stay here again
