“We had a great stay with awesome service!”

We arrived and were helped with check-in by Ricci, who helped us wonderfully. We arrived very early and were exhausted from our travel, but Ricci made sure we could enter our room directly by giving us a free upgrade so we could have some rest. After we arrived to our room, Ricci even brought us some fruits. Allround fantastic service! I would recommend it to everyone!

Comfortable and clean room. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the varied range of delicious food items. They were not too sweet and salty. Kitchen staff was extremely helpful to 3 gentlemen who arrived past breakfast time (11am). Two female staff took the trouble to ask their preference of food items. Subsequently took to trouble to presented the guests with their breakfast including fruits and desserts!!!

Very clean room, newly decorated. The room is refreshed and very clean when we check in. The cleanliness is at the top level, even the curtain is as clean as new.

Nice to have juice and coffee self-counter at the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful, like checking metro route for our sightseeing, immediate filing in water tank when being informed of coffee machine out of water. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hard mattress is good to us. There’s also a well-equipped gym.
