Windows not great for keeping noise from airport at bay. Push in ear buds are supplied by hotel but not the best to sleep in.

Very nice room. Close to airport and ideal for 13 hour stopover. The bed was really comfy. And I slept very well. The free shuttle bus worked well. It would have been nice to have a bar to relax in. Just a vending machine available in the lobby.

We had an overnight stay in transit and needed to be back in the airport at 6am the next morning so this hotel was a great choice. We used the free shuttle bus to and from the airport terminal. The room was clean and functional and the bed was very comfortable. There is nothing within walking distance to the hotel but the staff were helpful and suggested a nearby outdoor shopping centre to visit and to have dinner. We left too early to take advantage of the included breakfast but the hotel provided grab bags with breakfast items to take with us.

The free shuttle bus is very convenient for a short stay near airport. The hotel location is about 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

All good, except the toilet overflowed in the early hours. Location is very good, it’s 600m from the Shanghai metro. The airport shuttle is excellent. Breakfast buffet is very good, lots to choose from. Was a little noisy at night.

I loved they provided wonton soup, noddles, and congee. They had western food such as bread section, salad, fruits, and eggs. I was satisfied!

They supply ear plugs but still too noisy due to location (close to airport runaway). A good quality windows will help. Good value for money!
