Nice, clean, high up floors so you can see a lot and the hotel seems very new and modern. Didn’t have the breakfast as I wanted to explore China for authenticity

Very luxurious hotel for the price - close to metro and within 20 minutes within city centre. Next to very big shopping with many food options. Would definitely stay next time again if the price remains the same

Everything is upto standard. It meets our expectation. The hotel is probably not located in the heart of Shanghai, but is only few minutes away by Metro. the nearest Metro station is ZhenRu (Exit 1). It's surrounded by Family Mart, Starbucks and Tim Hortons. However, my impression is the service. All staffs are freindly and helpful. They all are eager to provide us the very best service they could. One of our rooms had an air condition problem on the 3rd night. The staff quickly called a technical staff to check and change a room for us. They even waited in front of our room while we packed up and helped us to move the new room.

The hotel is near a metro station and a great shopping mall with many eateries.Going to the city centre is not a problem as it is just a train ride away.

The location is nearby a Metro Station (Intersection Zhenru), which was great. The hotel offers a huge and tasty variety of Chinese and Continental food for Breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the pool was still unser construction, of what I was Not informed in advance. They appologized immediately.
