Proximity to metro, shops and restaurants. We were a family of four so we converted the sofa to a bed. The rooms and bathroom was spacious, even with a baby cot in the master room. Kitchen was small but sufficient. The bathroom didn't seem very new and there was only a bathtub for shower. I would stay again.

This hotel has guests that stay permanently. I recommend you ask for rooms facing Guling Street when ordering a room. That side is quiet. The hotel is close to the shopping district and other hotels. The family apartment is spacious and also has a bad tub. The kids liked that. It's spacious around the bathroom sink, and that was much appreciated by my 3 girls. The hall also had a well lit huge mirror where one could put on makeup. The beds were a little hard, but they were OK. The linen was itchy of chlorine, but had good quality and was big enough for grown Norwegians. The cleaning lady on the 5th floor was exceptional! She greeted me every morning and adapted her cleaning routine to our daily needs. That matters when one stays for 10 days. After 3 sleepless nights in a loud and smelly room, they gave me a silent room. That was a good change! For check-out they let us stay for 2 extra hours for free. All rooms had heated toilet seats with washing functions for both number 1 and number 2. Access to toilet paper, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and a good hair dryer in every room. The people in the kitchen and the reception were friendly. Bottled water and bags of tea were refilled every day. That was neat. At breakfast, there was a good variety of fruit, vegetables, beans, salads, wheat products and hot meals. They were not good for me, but my family found it fair enough.

Near metro station, very close to Nanjing road. Bund and YuYuan Garden on walking distance. The staff is very helpful and kind. Washing machine is on the ground floor and is free to use.

Very nice clean hotel, photos correspond to reality. Location close to shopping streets and metro (2 stations), 10 minutes walk. We had a two-room suite, equipped kitchen, washing machine. Very clean, everything you need in the bathroom and even a great hair dryer. Standard breakfasts, delicious coffee. The staff helped us with all questions, with taxi, with air conditioning, with city locations. Thank you very much, we had a great time!

The room was very spacious. plenty of space to keep our suitcases and still be able to walk around. The location was fantastic. 15 min walk to the metro & people park and many shopping centres were walking distance

The room size was GREAT. It had all the amenities required for comfort. The location is also excellent. Walking distance from Nanjing Road and the Bund. Highly recommended for families

Location was only about a 10 min walk to People’s Square Metro Station. Also walking distance to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Walk.

Location is very ideal and the rooms are bigger than usual so enough to accommodate 5 of us in 2 rooms. The service staffs attitude is not bad and cleaning aunty cleans pretty well. Everyday fresh towels including hand cloths and floor mat is changed without asking.

Easy check in process at the reception. Great location and very comfy apartment. As we were staying for almost a week, we appreciated having living room and washing machine (they provide the washing detergent). There's a shop right in the building but it's pretty small (but still great to get the basics). We appreciated clean towels and fresh bottled water every day. It was a great choice for a longer stay and we would book this again!
