The staff is very friendly to foreign guests and can speak English. The location is in the lively city center. We were on a business trip and were very satisfied with our stay. The host even upgraded our accommodation, which was of excellent quality. We had a fulfilling experience every day, balancing business with the vibrant pace of life in Shanghai.

A Surprisingly Wonderful Stay! First, I had to make the payment to the host, which I was initially very confused and worried about. Thankfully, it was very safe. The payment process was quite difficult for foreigners. After making the payment, I was added to a service group, and the service was warm and professional—it's a very dedicated team. The room was upgraded, and I initially thought it might not be that great, but surprisingly, it was much better, larger, and very new. It was also very close to the subway station, and near the original location, which was a delightful surprise. The Chinese people are very friendly, especially the Chinese restaurant across the street, which was delicious. Now, I have a different perspective on China. Shanghai is a beautiful city. The Bund and Xintiandi are both stunning, and I could enjoy the night view from my home. The accommodation was perfect, thank you!

We were upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment, which is more spacious and larger compared to the original one. The new location is very similar to our original plan and doesn’t differ much in terms of itinerary. I have to say, I really like Shanghai, China. The people here are very friendly, and the noodle shop downstairs is delicious—definitely worth a try if you get the chance. The accommodation is conveniently located near the Bund and Yuyuan Garden, both within walking distance, making it ideal for our elderly and children. Oh, and one thing to note is that the rent needs to be paid to the landlord in advance. I was a bit concerned at first, but the landlord explained that homestays in China can't receive payments directly through the platform, which I understood later. It turned out to be unnecessary worry. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip!

They free upgrade another appartment for me before arrival. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They were so friendly. 👏 The accommodation was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. 😴 The location was also perfect. It was close to all the main attractions, and getting around was a breeze. I can't recommend Eastern Hub enough! If you're looking for a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable stay. You won't be disappointed! 💖 Thank you for an incredible experience!
