The hotel is beautiful and amazing. The buffet was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect—close to everything. All the staff were great except for one employee, Awang713, who was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. When trying to communicate with her, she acted busy on the computer and completely ignored any attempt to clarify things. She is definitely not suitable for a front desk or customer service position due to her rude behavior. Additionally, guests should carefully monitor their charges. The hotel deducted an amount different from what was agreed upon with Booking.com and refused to refund me approximately 6,000 CNY (around 3,000 AED).

The hotel is conveniently located near the Han Zhong road metro station and Shanghai railway station. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety of options. Good experience. Will stay again.

The place was big and the layout was convenient because of the many shelves near the door. Inside the shower, there is a bench to place sanitary products and the privacy is great. The service and staff were very nice.
