If you need any help, you can contact the property using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.If you take subway to the apartment, please take Line 7 and get off at Changshou Road Station. Please take the Exit 5, turn left and walk along Xinhui Road until you see Jiangning Road. You can also take Line 13 and get off at Jiangning Road, take Exit 3 and walk towards the opposite way to the crossroad of Jiangning Road and Changshou Road, turn left and walk along Jiangning Road until you see Xinhui Road, turn right and walk about 10 metres. Then you will see a Lawson store, and the property is in the building opposite the Lawson store.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The best host I ever met. We asked about a portable stove and he gave it to us. We asked about an additional heater and we got it. He gave very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and explained everything to the taxi driver and he gave us useful travel advice. Very friendly and polite host made our stay very comfortable in a country that is not the easiest for travel. Supported us 24/7. And we are very grateful to him for meeting our demands and changing the dates of our stay and refunding the money because of our emergency earlier flight. The apartment is close to the temple and to all places of interest.

Amazing location in Shanghai (near the subway, close to lots of good restaurants and shops). There are lots of facilities as well (washing machine, cooking stuff if needed, etc.). The room was quiet and the bed comfy.

Solid choice. English - speaking housekeeper, who guided us to find the appt easily. Excellent location, by metro around getting to anywhere we wanted. Prosperous streets nearby, kinds of restaurants from bakery, coffee shop, night bar to local delicious food

Good location. Like living in Shanghai as local residents. Peter the manager was so accommodated and helpful. Our flight was not until 23.30, we asked Peter if we could check out a bit later and he let us stay until 17:00 Very kind of you Peter. Plenty of convenient shop and shopping mall with super market and restaurant metro station are within few minutes walking distance. Thanks Peter.

The owner is very helpful and friendly and will respond to messages quickly (you do, however, need to ask explicitly for cleaning, towels, etc). The location is close to the metro and Jade Buddha Temple. For me, it was just an opportunity to stay in and explore a different part of Shanghai for a week while I had some business to do. On such days, I prefer to have an apartment with a washing machine and fridge, something you don't normally have in hotels. A typical small Chinese apartment (I used to live in one) is much more economical than a hotel room. There's lots of convenience stores and shopping malls around. Wifi was stable and fast.
