Free usage of washing machine and dryer. Clean and well designed room (e.g. wireless mobile phone chargers). Quiet surrounding at night. Robot room services delivery. Good collection books in the library. Easy access to taxi.

The customer service was exceptional, the location was great, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended! I was so happy that I gave gifts to the front desk staff.
