Please take a note Environment so bad dirty ….air con no good ….service no good very show and smart door lock can’t lock inside …..don’t know some people can coming at night time or not ….first try to open door can’t open go counter reset then second time try can use already but air con can’t use like too long no servicing toilet light also no good no toilet paper ….then we go change room also got problem air con remote control got problem can’t use then go change also the room air con Same like first room ….so last we dicuss to change hotel…..very disappointed for this hotel…please before BOOKINGGGGGGG!!!!!!check well first !!!!!!!!also hotel price very expensive 🥲remember ! CANNOT RETURN MONEY! CANNOT RETURN MONEY! CANNOT RETURN MONEY!
SitiMadihah “Very convenient for someone attending events at MBSA Convention Centre”
1) The only hotel available near MBSA Convention Centre. In fact it is situated only across the road. Very convenient for me to go to the event at the MBSA Convention, I can just walk to the venue. 2) Clean hotel, very comfortable bed. 3) Polite and helpful front desk staff.

I booked a family room with one single bed and one queen bed. Considering the price we paid, we got what we paid for. Everything was just okay for me. Ample parking is available, and the premises are gated for added security. The receptionist is available until 11 pm.
