The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Paid Sahur Breakfast can be provided to Muslim Guests during fasting month with an additional surcharge of RM 13 only
Only fully vaccinated individuals that plan to stay-in for Tourism purpose, will be allowed to check-in at our hotel upon providing proof of vaccination

Room = Small but it was okay for maximum two people. Cleanliness = Good and did not smell bad Location = Good and have night market on Saturday. Easy to find food. Items = All are good like the Kettle, Hair dryer, TV, Aircon

I really liked staying at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the room was a good size for the price. It felt like good value and made my stay comfortable.

Has lift, many grocery shops nearby, has night market in front of the hotel on Saturday, easy access check in and room is quite big and nice.
