Check in was smooth, the staff male, he was Siti's partner on 11/01/25 at Abt 6 pm (sorry I unintentionally forget his name) was sooo good and fast, explained to us about the parking thingy. I love Everything Abt concorde hotel, clean, comfortable, nearby center. So can easily find mall or food.

The male staff at the front desk are very polite & always smiling. good attitude No comment for the female staff, maybe too tired because there are many guests to serve.
