This old building is located near to the Main Street of this very attractive and photogenic village and within a few minutes walk of the main sites and restaurants/bars. We self catered so did not try any of the resataurants.

Hotel Aldan is spreed in different buildings, practically half of the village. The village is beautiful, with colourful houses, a must in the trip to Iceland. We were in the old school, very close to the church. the house was basically divided in two apartments, our was big and well equipped, two rooms, living room / kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and drier.
