The upgraded us as there weren't many tourists during the off season. We were even warned that there a no open restaurants beforehand so we could prepare. Our Keycode allowed us to enter a seperate vuilding with a small little honesty bar and snacks. All in all a lovely old hotel with really nice rooms and extremely pleasent hosts - would love to come back during the summer.

There’s not a single thing we didn’t like. Location - amazing; staff - super friendly; room - just wow! with a winter wonderland outside, the scandi coziness we had inside it was just a perfect moment for a relax. Also, great food at the restaurant and great selection of local gin

The hotel was beautiful and very well put together. It was quiet and the view went out to nearby trees. The village was also very stunning. The room had everything we needed. Also, I like how simple the check out process was.

Spacious and very comfortable room. The style of the property did not match my travel mates’ taste but despite of that our stay was quite pleasant. The beds were amazing (probably the best of our entire trip to Iceland) and the temperature of the room was great. Good selection of teas and kettle available in the room. The receptionist was very kind and considerate, and gave us a lot of tips on the roads to take the day after to avoid getting stuck in the snow.

We had a great stay at Hotel Aidan. We were staying at Bankinn next to the Blue Church and the room was lovely

The location was good. The bed was very comfortable. The old- charm design of the room. Very good restaurant but expensive. The breakfast was very good and the pastries are super tasty.

We had a lovely stay here. Very quiet, clean and comfortable with a powerful shower. We checked in at the main hotel but it was only a 3 minute walk to The Bank after getting our key. We didn’t have breakfast but it was offered. Teas in our room were a nice touch!

Really lovely, charming room and beautiful old building. Beautifully appointed, gorgeous views and great location. Although we love food, we ended up choosing the Kaffi Lára El Grillo Bar over the hotel restaurant and it was fabulous! Great vibe and tasty meals. But I'm sure it's all good!

What a gem of a hotel room. Updated Bank Building and our room was very roomy and comfortable. It was a rainy night but we were very cozy. Breakfast was not included but was available for a small price at the Aldan Resturaurant.
