1. Good wifi 2. Comfortable bed and clean room. 3. Close to coach drop-off and pick-up points for Kenai cruises and nearby eateries 4. Close to the Seward free shuttle stops 5. Counter staff - Mary was most helpful and friendly. She listened patiently to my numerous questions and offered explanations/information in detail. Mary helped us called a tour agency over 3 days ( duration of our stay) and to call a few medical clinics to find out their opening hours. She was happy to render her help and always wear a smile. She's the best!

Mary, the Front Desk Manager, was awesome! She made us feel welcome, and she assisted with our hotel needs - and even assisted with transportation. Such a delight to have her help us with our first and short visit to Seward!

20- 30 minute walk from cruise terminal and also to downtown . Mary is great at reception and very welcoming. Luggage storage was helpful. Lovely large room with fridge and microwave. Clean and was everything we needed.
