The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood south of Sevrier. It is very quiet and peaceful. Excellent Lidl nearby, an excellent bus route into Annecy and very close to the lakeside cycle route.

Excellent very clean one bedroom unit in a quiet street just off the main road yet walkable to lake. We had a one bedroom unit for the 2 of us. We both liked the common front wide lawn shared by all the 7-8 units offering a view of distant mountains. Parking was private space within the property. Corinne in charge of the property is such a gem, really nice, responsive and very helpful. She tried to solve the problems we faced and was so apologetic.

Location was near the lake but unfortunately no mention was made that dogs were not allowed access to this area which would have been helpful if this could be stated when they say that they accept dogs and I booked for a dog. Everywhere was very clean and well supplied with kitchen items. Quiet area but devoid of decent bars or restaurants unless you drive to Annecy. Good Carrefor within easy walking distance.

The host, Corriene could not have been more helpful, she allowed us to enter early which gave us time to settle in and enjoy the rest of the day. The property was ideal for a one night stop over.

Available to stay with dogs, room had bath, mattresses were comfortable to sleep on. It is possible to walk down in 5 mins to the beach where you can tent kayak, etc.
