“Hidden gem near Calles Sierpes”

The apartment is a hidden gem near the shopping street of the Calles Sierpes and located near El Corte Ingles (great for cooking and grocery shopping). We loved the apartment which is seemed to be quite new, clean, quiet, very safe with security and fully equipped with everything we need for cooking and laundry. We can sense that the apartment has been sanitized prior our arrival and we air the room by opening the window. However, it shows that the team want to make sure the apartment is safe especially as we are entering the endemic and we deeply appreciate the safety measures for the guests. The kitchen provide everything from microwave, kitchenette from scissor and dishwasher and everything we need for home cooking. The washing machine is really efficient and has dry effects for clothes. Although the air conditioning is located in the living room, we still have comfortable sleep and we appreciate the organic bath set too. There is plenty of hot water and the bathroom is very modern. The staffs is always quick to reply and helpful too. They went above and beyond by waiting for us to arrive at night to help us to check in will highly recommend this apartment. I enjoyed the beautiful garden facing the fountain and we love the environment where we can go anywhere for quick eat such as tapas, churros & Chinese food. This apartment is 15 minutes of walk from Triana and 10 minutes of ride by Uber to Seville Cathedral. This apartment is the best apartment we have lived in Europe and in my entire life time. The standard is even better than airbnb in Japan and we are the type of guest that go for good and nice apartment. Great job to the entire team.

New and cozy apartment in a great location to visit the Town by feet, close to supermarket, bars and the main attractions. The bed is very comfortable.

Great location, close to everything (restaurants, attractions) , and very quiet at night. Very close to a taxi stand if you need transport to the airport or elsewhere. Very clean. Apartment is very new (or certainly looks that way :-) ) Airco/heating works fine (which we did not need a lot but I am sure is important in summer)

Very good place. Appartement renovated super clean and confortable. Plaza Magdalena super quiet and close to places of interest. Very good isolation phonique. Kitchen has everything that matter.
