The apartment self was nice and clean. It has everything you could need but the apartment I had has unfortunately a very bad humid / poor ventilated smell and because I had one ground floor, with windows facing the street and at the back side, the Hal with the lift, wasn’t an easy, private/ quiet way to open the windows to ventilated it. Also as solo traveler with certain age, to be next to the building entrance with people walking in/ out the heavy door, people talking and facing the street on a ground floor, doesn’t gave me a quiet sleep.

Very well equipped, nice and spacious rooms . The location its good for either walking in town or going to the train station. There are plenty of nice cafes and bars on the street .

A modern clean apartment, very well equipped. Good location, a 12 minute walk from the monument area with good cafe nearby for breakfast. Clear entry instructions on our arrival. Thanks to Cristina at Genteel for checking everything was ok with us.

Spotless...... very comfy... the apartment we had was for 4 people... ( we were only 2) plenty enough room for 4 or more They kept in touch with us throughout the visit... excellent Easy access and a brilliant location... Ticks all the boxes ... definitely recommend

Lovely property, we had a good stay. It was clean and had well equipped kitchen. Bottle of water in the fridge is a nice touch, appreciated after a long journey. A few teabags could be nice, if added. Big terrace to sit outside, no view though, all wall locked. 10-15 minutes walk to old town and all attractions.

Location was fantastic, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. 15 minute walk to the city centre so a bit cut off from the bulk of tourists. Property good size, decently equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a short stay. Two small Carrefours within minutes by foot, larger supermarkets close too. Price was also exceptionally good compared to what was left available at time of booking, so value for money was high.

Nice and cozy apartment in an excellent location 15 min walking from the historic city center, the Alcazar and also the train station. Lots of good tapas places around and lovely streets to discover. Great base for a short stay while discovering the beauty od Seville!

Great apartment and fantastic location. The apartment was large, clean and modern. Everything was as per the photos of our booked apartment. We were able to walk to most attractions around Seville, if not, the bus stop was opposite. We had a minor situation with the shower, however, Eugenia from Guest Experience quickly got a maintenance guy over and sorted it out immediately. Speedy communications.
