Location/Facitities/Cleaness. During our stay of 1 week, Genteel Home offer the second cleaning and changing bed sheets which is very appreciated by my family.

The location was great, within 20 min walk to all the main attractions. A good selection of bars and restaurants very close to the apartment. The door codes were easy too access, although these didn't come through until I sent a message after the check in time.

The location is wonderful and is ideal for us. We love having a terrace to sit on that we can access easily from the living accommodation. It is quiet but we can hear the hum of city life, which we like. Ideal balance for us. A lift to get up to the 3rd floor is very useful as we have a 2 year old granddaughter.

Apartment location is very suitable for reaching Seville center by walking. It is located close to Seville Setas and there are all kinds of shops nearby (coffee shops, markets, bars, tapas, takeaway food). The apartment has 3 bedrooms, fact that makes the stay of a group more comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. When we arrived, we found that one balcony door was not closing properly and remained unlocked. We contacted the host, providing him with a video of the malfunction. He arranged with a service company to fix the door the next day. Bonus: A few details that show the hospitality: olive oil shots, espresso capsules.
