The hotel is very large and can accommodate a lot of visitors. The reception area is large and all facilities are available within the hotel. The outdoor area is nice and lots of seating. There is also a nice ping pong table. Rooms are nice and breakfast options are plentiful. Room service give complementary water every day. Nice little fridge in the room.

Hotel is very beautiful and clean. Staff are good location is perfect you can go to city center by bus very easy. Breakfast is fantastic. Every thing is perfect.

The staff are very attentive and happy to help. The location is really good if you want some quiet relaxation . And it's also convenient if you want to go exploring around the town as there's direct buses - 5 minute walk from the hotel. WiFi signal is good if you want to do remote working. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious

Hotel was nice - we chose it due to the pool and the kids enjoyed spending time in it. The family room was fine, beds were comfortable. The hotel in general seems slightly dated but everything is clean and functioning. Breakfast was average with a decent selection of food. The centre is a short taxi ride away but beware of busy times when there is a football match as the hotel is next to the stadium.

We have stayed here on at least 5 occasions now and each time it has met our expectations. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough to make our stay so enjoyable. The rooms now need a bit of attention as they are looking tired but the rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfy.
