Loved the one of a kind uniqueness about it. The rooftop terrace in the evening sun is so peaceful. The staff can not do enough for you, best service in a hotel ever.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we need from the get go. Unfortunately our stay was affected from unforeseen incidences like wifi bing interrupted, the guests in the nearby room being noisy etc, but all through it the staff tried their best to make it up to us. The location was great - right next to all the important places you’d want to visit and some great food options.

The location of the property was fantastic, close to main tourist attractions whilst remaining tucked away in a quiet street for a comfortable night’s sleep. Staff were very accommodating and helpful, going the extra mile in every sense. The architecture of the building and the interior design was immaculate, perfect for a romantic getaway. A plus is that service was always quick and there’s a guitarist every evening in the courtyard area.

Beautiful historic building with all the charm of Seville you’d expect. The courtyard and the rooftop lounge are particularly phenomenal. And also appreciate the bartender’s free pour.

From the moment I booked this stay, the staff were in touch to see if they could do anything to assist and make our stay more enjoyable. I had various email communications with them prior to our arrival and thanks to their recommendations felt fully prepared before we arrived. They even booked a restaurant for me to save me the hassle. The hotel is so beautiful and very impressive on arrival. We were made to feel very welcome, despite arriving several hours before our check in time. We had planned on just dropping our bags off but instead were offered coffee, cake and an early check in! After a very early morning flight this was very welcomed and enabled us to freshen up before heading out for a day of exploring. We tried several of their restaurant recommendations - El Pasaje Santa Maria La Blanca, El Traga, El Pinton, to name a few and all were exquisite! We also booked a Flamenco show at Museo del Baile Flamenco on their recommendation which was fantastic. I'm so grateful to all of the staff, both prior to arriving and once we were there for making our so special. The old town where the hotel is located is so beautiful, could spend hours wandering admiring the sites. Cannot wait to come back! LOVED the : staff location recommendations the early check in

We loved the greeting we received from the lovely staff as we were a little early for check in. We sat with coffee and cakes in the beautiful courtyard, which was a tranquil and peaceful place to be in the middle of a city. We loved the proximity to the cathedral and Real Alcazar, as well as numerous tapas bars and lovely restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the rooftop terrace too, and the decor throughout the hotel was gorgeous. Lovely to have music at 7.30 every evening too.

The hotel was clean, peaceful and in a perfectly central location. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a standard double room which had beautiful high ceilings. They have a guitarist play for an hour every day at 7pm which was a really nice touch.
