Very happy with my stay here. Room was comfortable and warm in winter. Although it was a street-facing room, the sound insulation was good so it was quiet in the room. Staff at reception were helpful and professional. The location was great, I could walk to most places I wanted to go to, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, and there’s a taxi stand right outside. The only things I would improve are the toilet seat (it seems smaller than a normal toilet seat, and might be an issue for a larger-sized parson) and the 2 steps up from the room entrance which was a bit odd.

Good location, really close to the river and the Cathedral. The rooms were clean,but one more chair/armchair would be nice to have. The staff was more than friendly, all of the, the reception,the ladies at breakfast and so on. The breakfast was excellent as well,plenty of variety. At the end of the day,Petit Palace Puerta de Triana will most probably will be my choise, when i ll visit the beautifull city of Sevilla in the future!

Location good for everything. Our room was very quiet, not sure if rooms on the road side would be so quiet on a busy Seville night. Friendly and helpful staff.

Located near the centre, close to shops, restaurants, landmarks and public transport. Rooms are clean, spacious and smell like orange blossoms. Breakfast was great with multiple choices available. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and accommodating staff at this hotel who readily gave helpful information I e. Things to do, best Flamenco etc. Very centrally located so easy to get around. Approx 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Eco products.
