Very nice property, with a stilish decoration. Located in a square with a lot of coffee, restaurants, supermarket. Walkable distance to the center as well as train station. Good comunication and responce of the owner. Full amenities

Excellent location on the Alameda de Hercules, in old Seville. Once a music school, or home of a famous music teacher, the building has about 6 furnished apartments. Lots of historic character, and tastefully decorated with some modern artistic flair. Our apartment was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the square. Lots or restaurants, bars, and places of interest just outside the door. It was a great place for 3 nights. The only this missing was a Nespresso machine. I would be happy to stay again. Two thumbs up.

Nice to have some space. Bed was very comfortable. Many nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

really cosy apartment. beautifully decorated. everything well maintained. comfortable bed. l didn't even mind that the apartment is on the ground floor on Alameda. the windows are insulated perfectly and you hardly hear anything from outside even when it's noisy on a Friday evening!

The room was quite basic, but more than adequate for our needs. Located in quite an interesting area, but with easy access by foot to the town centre - 10 minutes walk max. The entry system - a code to gain access to the building and then another code to obtain the room key - was efficient and the host/hostess provided prompt and helpful advice and instructions.

The inside was a beautiful suprise after we entered through the front outside door! the rooms were very clean and the lady tending and cleaning the room was very nice and talkative
