Hotel Nua Santa Cruz is a charming and well-located gem in the heart of Seville. The hotel enjoys an ideal position just steps away from the vibrant main square to discover a bustling hub of restaurants, tapas bars, and lively atmosphere. Prior to arrival, I was impressed by the thoughtful and detailed welcome email which outlined everything from what to expect at the hotel to nearby attractions, public transport, and local tips. It was a particularly helpful touch that set the tone for a smooth and well-informed stay. The front desk team, though not fluent in English, were exceptionally kind and welcoming. With basic Spanish and plenty of good will on both sides, communication was no issue at all. On our final day, they kindly stored our luggage while we enjoyed a few more hours exploring Seville before heading to the airport—a gesture we truly appreciated. The room, while small, was clean and comfortable with cozy beds. For the location, hospitality, and value, Hotel Nua Santa Cruz is an excellent choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a central, affordable, and authentic stay in Seville.

Lovely basic hotel right in the middle of city. Close to lots of history and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. It felt self and secure and it was clean.

It was beautifully decorated and felt much more luxurious than any hostel type accommodation. There were some really sweet touches - a personalised welcome note with sweets on the bed, a great selection of complimentary teas and a couple snacks there and the room facilities were modern. The windows looking out on the terrace below were lovely. The staff were all lovely as well and seemed genuinely happy to help with requests.

Perfect, central location in the barrio Santa Cruz within 2-3 minute walk of the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar in Seville.

The place is very small but super cosy, clean and cute. Staff was very friendly and the location is just simply amazing, in a dead city centre, close to every historic site, lovely gardens, and all city fun. I will definitely come and stay again if back to lovely Sevilla. The rooms are tiny but fine for a short stay and I loved its unique flowery style and design.
