Clean beautiful room, excellent and quiet location (no external window helped with this). Helpful and kind staff. Bag drop was useful. Excellent price. Can only pay with credit card (despite what you have set up on Booking.com). Free tea/coffee in lobby, not in room.

Loved the fact it was near the cathedral so easy to find. Everything was in easy walking distance. Staff were lovely and very helpful. It was very clean and old fashioned but modern. Typical of what I expect.

Very good location. Our room was on the ground floor, we couldn't open the window because everytime a nasty odor would come through. Our double bed was split in two mattresses, leaving a space eventually in the middle of the frame, the left mattress was also very shaky whenever I turned in bed.

Close to main attractions and easy to find. Very clean and rooms were cleaned every day, need to request fresh towels. Has coffee, tea, kettle and water jug available but only during reception opening hours. No room cards but codes to access. Rooms are on the smaller size but comfortable, does not have place to unpack only small wardrobe. We were on the top floor so didn’t have much noise around.

It is located really close to cathedral. You can easily access everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice.

The Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the Cathedral and a short walk to the Jewish Quarter. The hotel is basic but very clean and well kept. I liked the idea of the security pin for the front door. The Coffee machine in the Foyer with free doughnuts was a nice touch. The Hotel sent very clear instructions on how to check in. Excellent experience.
