Nice and clean rooms and very spacious lobby area to chill after a long days walking, breakfast had a lot of variety and pre-cooked food, basically a buffet with good choices.

Everything We were in Seville for the half marathon, and they were so accommodating for this, laying on fruits and nuts in the morning that you could quickly grab on reception area. We upgraded to the level and it was so worth it, the room was amazing, along with the facilities and the level area is so lovely, especially the tapas hour. A lovely extra treat. The staff were very accommodating and wonderful service from them.

Extremely well organised hotel. Location ideal for a few days visit, walking distance to city centre. Breakfast was varied, with healthy options, and generous. Bedroom well designed for two people. (The original bedroom offered was tiny - I felt we were being punished for something! However, they then gave us a great room, without any problem) One complaint...only two lifts for the whole building, so either queuing or using the stairs. Highly recommended.

A really outstanding experience yet again from The Level at Melia. It is really the fantastic staff that make The Melia so good.Everyone from the cleaners to the managers are polite,helpfull and courteous. Particular mention must be made of The Level staff who are all outstanding.Things like food and service are expected but the staff at The Melia take it to an extra level
