Please note that road access and parking are very limited in central Seville. Very central and very good communication with the landlord. The breakfast at Bar el Badulaque is a plus, the staff there is friendly and nice, although not all speak good English.

We liked appartment very much. While it had a lot of stairs, the charm and feel of it was top notch: equipped with air conditioners in each room, close to go enywhere on foot while not noisy inside.

The staff were great, and really responsive over WhatsApp. The place was clean, tidy and everything I was told it would be. It's a stones throw from the river and an easy walk into the centre of the city. There's plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, and bus stops are almost on the doorstep. I'd definitely stay again, and have already recommended it to family

Overall, the apartment met our needs well. The facilities are basic but well equipped and clean. We felt safe in the area and only walked a short distance to restaurants and bars. The hosts were friendly and communicated well by WhatsApp and anserwed any questions we had really quickly.
