We were received in the hotel by a very friendly Italian agent and a very closed Spanish agent (2 words during the check-in process).

This property was great! the roof top pool is fabulous. It is not in the Center but everything is close by!

The location of the hotel is overall good, we only walked towards our points of interest (train station, Plaza de Espana, city center - mostly around 15-20 minutes). The room is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, enough storage room, mini fridge available. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast options are sufficient and varied, good omelettes and good coffee. We also attended the New Years Eve dinner, which decent, the food and drinks being just fine.

we had requested for 2 double rooms to be close, but the request for not fulfilled. In Bathroom, the Basin and Bidet water taps were not standard, for example when you turn the tap to Blue (cold side) you get hot water.

Everything. The rooms were excellent. So tastefully decorated. Staff were so friendly. And the rooftop pool is awesome.

The staff were friendly, and the lobby is nice. Great central location for anything you want to do in Seville. There's a nice cafe around the corner for breakfast.

Comfortable bed, pillows & bed linen - slept well. Fabulous shower with fluffy white towels. Good sized room & bathroom. Very clean.
