The room was very comfortable. Especially the restroom was big. The staff was very kind too. There is a microwave at lobby so it was very useful. There is a coffee pot at room too. Location was very nice too. Supermarket was 10 minutes by foot and the bus terminal is 20 minutes by foot. The train station is little far but it is about 30minutes by foot and 20 minutes by bus. Highly recommend!!!

Location,hotel is in the city centre but in a quiet zone, amazing streets and squares with bars, restaurants.Friendy and flexible staff.Just a few minutes walk you can find Hospital Los Venerables, Alcazar, Cathedral.

The location of the hotel is excellent in the middle of the narrow streets of the Santa Cruz area with its many restaurants/ bars, very close to the Alcazar & Cathedral. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Great location to walk to all the major sites. Very quaint little hotel. Great for solo traveler. The teas setup and apple were a nice welcome in the room. I liked that the hotel entrance locked at night. Manager was lovely and spoke English
