The hotel was absolutely gorgeously decorated and clearly well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. There was a problem with the bath tap in my bedroom and they didn't hesitate to offer me a different room, which was greatly appreciated.

Room was very comfortable though the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Breakfast was excellent apart from the coffee. Location also excellent for reaching all the sights of Seville on foot. Staff were very helpful.
