The model interior with extra touches for personal items and not to mention the beautiful tin container of sweets. The location was right in the center and walking distance to restaurants and bars and major attractions. Breakfast had many choices to choose from. The staff was amazing and helpful.

We stayed for one night for the Christmas holidays and from the second we walked in the staff were so friendly and attentive. We needed parking and parked at the shopping centre car park a few mins walk away. Make sure you tell the staff at reception as they will give you a print out doc to take to the car park and then you get the parking for €20. The rooms were really nice and spacious and a huge bed! Also had some English channels which was a nice suprise so watched an English film after the day out. Love the fact they are dog friendly and my dog Pepi enjoyed his stay. They left him a water bowl, food bowl, bed and a treat. Breakfast was lovely. You can't take your dog in the breakfast hall so my husband went down to have his and bought mine up to the room The roof top is lovely to see the lights and sunset. This is the second time we stayed in Sevilla, first time at this hotel and we can't wait to come back and stay at this hotel again!

The location, room, breakfast & staff There was a poor dog next door that had been left for hours and so distressed. The staff called the owners. Eventually they came back and the dog became silent.

Excellent breakfast. Just a small niggle: they now want you to use small tweezers for food selection, which I find very impractical. If you have arthritic hands, as many elderly people do, they are painful to use. Go back to spoons and large tweezers for bread. What was wrong with them.

We were treated like royalty! Great attention to detail at the property. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh squeezed OJ. The bed was super comfy. Located near great sights and restaurants. The staff were very helpful.
