The staff was very nice and helpful. The recommendation for dinner close by (Las maritamas or something like this) was really good. The parking space is very convenient. There is a nice quiet park close by.

We booked last minute on a holiday weekend when we ended up in Seville due to a lack of trains. Having not stayed in a “hostel” before we were pleasantly surprised and we had a comfortable stay in an en-suite room. The staff member on the 24 hour reception was very helpful, he showed us a secure place for our bikes and was available promptly at 6am for us to check out and depart for the train station. We will be more likely to consider hostel accommodation in the future, especially if we need a flexible check in time.

The staff is polite, honest and kind. We felt comfortable in the room. The beds are good and I recommend this hotel. Also, the staff provided clear information about all the questions and instructions.
